Want something a little less active, but that will still challenge your team? Our Award Winning online escape game is the answer.
Event Overview:
Once we receive an enquiry for one of our hosted games, we will set up a time to chat by scheduling a discovery session (Zoom or phone call) to go through the details and start to plan your game. Getting to know your team is an important step for us. During this call we can also start the planning process by discussing the make up of your group, size of your teams and approximate difficulty of the game. This allows your host to plan your game around how much help you are likely to need and how much to let your group just get on with working through the tasks and puzzles. It also allows us to recommend which of the games would be more suitable.
We will then setup a hosted Zoom link and put together some information for your team before the event, so everyone knows exactly what to bring and how to log on.
Closer to the event, we will stay in touch so that we can truly make it your event, not ours.
On the day, our games master will activate the Zoom link and prepare everything in plenty of time so that when your group start to log on, everything is ready.
Following a short briefing, we will get your group into smaller teams (we will discuss team make ups with you during our initial discovery session) and create a private Zoom room for each team. We will then give each team their own individual link for the game and start the clock!
With a 3, 2, 1 and your teams are off.
Teams will be able to communicate privately with the other members of their team, see where each of their team are in the game and work on puzzles and tasks together or individually. However each team has one aim – escape the game before the other teams.
Ultimately teams are racing against each other, while learning about the different puzzles and how they need to help each other to escape. There are hints built into the games but the Games Master will keep their eye on teams and help as needed. Teams also have the ability to request help if they get really stuck.
The team that escapes first signals the game to finish where all teams will get a notification telling them that time is up. If a set prearrange time limit is reached, then the Games Master will finish the game at this point and judge which team got further.
We will then crown the winning team and hand out bragging rights!
