The Show Begins:
Every Game Show Spectacular starts with our production meeting. We work with you to understand your group’s dynamics and customize the perfect mix of games and challenges. Whether you’re a small office team or planning a massive corporate event, we adjust the format to create the perfect level of engagement and entertainment.
On show day, our team transforms any space into a television studio atmosphere. After a warm-up that gets everyone in the game show mood, teams are formed, and the games begin. No expensive sets or complicated technology needed – just pure, unadulterated fun.
Throughout the show, teams will face:

How many people can participate?
All of our events are flexible and can scale up or down as needed. At the top of each event page, there is a participants number guide, however the short answer is as many as you like!
The minimum is 2 people, however, realistically most events work best with at least 2 teams of 3. There is no maximum! If you have 4000 people, we can design and host an Amazing Race, Survivor, Online event or something custom for you!
How long does an event take?
Our events are flexible however, some have a minimum amount of time to get the most fun from the experience. At the top of each event page there is a time guide.
As an example, a standard Amazing Race takes around 2.5 hours including the briefing at the beginning and the presentation at the end of the event. However, as with everything we do, we can customise it. A race needs to have at least 1.5 hours as a minimum but there is no maximum. A race can be made to last several days and include hotel stays over night if needed.
How fit do I have to be?
Different events have different activity levels and therefore fitness requirements. Part of the initial discovery session is to discuss your team and the physical levels of your group.
As an example, in order to participate in a standard Amazing Race, we would expect each racer be comfortable walking around 3 kms in comfortable shoes. The physical challenges on the checkpoints are not particularly physically difficult and can be adapted for most abilities.
We can customise the races to be very physical and cover much larger distances, suitable for gyms or miltary, or make them much more suitable for a lower fitness level, including wheelchairs.
Where can the event take place?
Pretty much anywhere! Fun Team Building have the ability to plan and host events all around Australia at anytime. We can also plan and host internationally with a little more lead time! Let’s have a chat and discuss your requirements!
What happens in the case of bad weather?
The weather is one of the few things we can’t control! We will start to look at the weather forecast a week a so before your event. In the event that the forecast is showing weather where an event would not be fun, someone from our team will give you a call to discuss options.
The options are: 1: Go ahead anyway! We don’t mind getting wet so if the forecast is for rain, we can still go ahead if you want. 2: Postpone to another date. There is no penalty in this as long as the decision is made at least 24 hours before. 3: We can pivot the event and turn an outdoor event into an indoor mixed event. An indoor rain event would normally include a lot of the same challenges and tasks as the event you were planning, but inside! We can also set up a game show, trivia or other indoor option.
How do I book?
On each event page there is a “Get a Quote” form. Simply complete this form on the event page and our team will get back to you with a quote quickly. Simply reply to the quote email with an acceptance and we will generate a 30% deposit invoice, locking in your chosen date and time.

What is your cancellation policy?
An event can be cancelled at any point up until 48 hours before the scheduled start time. While the deposit is non-refundable at any time, it can be held as a credit for a future event. Likewise the rest of the payment can be held for future bookings, however, if you need to cancel, the payment, minus the deposit, can be refunded in full up until 48 hours before the event, or after that time, refunded minus any travel costs incurred. After 24 hours prior to an event, staff fees will be deducted from the refunded amount in addition.
Are you insured?
Fun Team Building carry a $20,000,000 public liability insurance policy for all events.
