Each clue you solve and each challenge you conquer brings your team closer together, with laughter echoing through the air. The Amazing Race is more than just a race; it’s a journey of discovery, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.
If you have ever seen TV’s Amazing Race, you will know that this fantastic team event mixes navigation and strategy, with puzzles and wacky tasks. Add in the ability to Roadblock, or sabotage another team, earn a Fast Forward or suffer a U Turn or dreaded Face Off card.
The Amazing Race is completely customisable for you and your team making it perfect for any sized team of most abilities.
Event Overview:
The Amazing Race starts, as most of our events do, with a conversation! After the initial enquiry, we will schedule a discovery session (Zoom or phone call) to go through the details and start to plan your race. Getting to know your team is an important step for us. During this call we can also start the planning process by discuss where you want to start and finish the race. Our team can pick you up from your office, meet you after lunch at a restaurant or nominate a park for everyone to get to.
Like wise, we can end your Amazing Race at a park, back at your office or at a pub. We can even make a pub reservation for you and not tell you, making its secret location part of the race.
We will then put together some information for your team before the event, so everyone knows exactly where, when and what to bring!
Closer to the event, we will stay in touch so that we can truly make it your event, not ours.
On the day, our team will setup and be ready at the start well before your official start time. Wearing our bright yellow branded shirts mean we will stand out and be easy to find!
Following a short briefing, we will get your group into smaller teams (we will discuss team make ups with you during our initial discovery session) and give out team identifier wrist bands, as well as your team race pack. This small waist bag contains everything your team needs during the race and is light and easy to wear.
With a 3, 2, 1 and your teams are off.
Teams will collect their first Route Info envelope, solve whatever clue or puzzle is inside and make their way to their first checkpoint.
Over the period of the race, teams will visit multiple checkpoints where they will be tested with a range of fun activities, suitable for all personality types and fitness levels. Races can also be modified to include public transport, self drive car options, bikes or a range of other transport options! You can do a race on Roller Blades if you want!
A standard walking race would normally cover around 3 kms with checkpoint breaks, so comfortable shoes are a must, however all races can be modified to suit your group.
At the end of the race, our team will announce the results (the winning team can be the fastest team, or the team with the highest points – these options will be discussed with you during the initial discovery session) and present the winning team with our keep medals and also crown the slowest or lowest scoring team of the day.
Remember, every part of the race can be customised for you and your team, the clues and activities can even tie-in with your corporate branding or event theme.

24-48 hours before: Refund minus any travel costs incurred
Less than 24 hours: Refund minus travel costs and staff fees
Weather cancellations: No penalty if we mutually agree to postpone due to weather (decided 24+ hours prior)
